Chapter 3



"Are we ready?" Harmony and Black Fire chorused, looking back to the 4 ponies who slowly walked out of the Castle doors.
"Yes... Lets just get this done and over with." Princess Heart muttered, walking past Black Fire, Her Changling wings brushing against Black Fires fur.
"Momma!" A young voice called out.
Cathy tilted her head. "Harmony, mind telling me how many filly's you have?" She questioned.
Harmony sighed and looked down at a electric blue pony, who looked up at her with big eyes.
"Nykkes please! Your little sister is inside with StarShine, go join her!" Harmony muttered, giving him a soft smile.
"But where is Lunar momma?" Nykkes asked, "And who are these ponies here with you? Are you going on a adventure?"
"Nykkes, I-" Harmony stopped her sentence, to look over at her friends, which slowly nodded their heads.
"Fine. just please stick with the group!" Harmony nuzzled nykkes and bolted upwards towards the sky.
"Your highness! where are you going?" Black Fire called.
"I will search up high just in case." Harmony replied, her horn glowing. "Heart, Valkyrie and Cathy, make light from your horn, for it will be dark soon."
The three mares nodded and did as they were told, their magic's aura making a beautiful glow.
Hickory grinned and flew up to Harmony, "I'll search up here with you just in case!"
"What about me momma?" Nykkes cried, looking up at her mom.
"You can... look with Cathy! She's wonderful with fillies!" Harmony shot a look at Cathy, who sighed and put a wings over Nyykes shoulder.
"Now, follow me to where I spotted Night Slayer's tracks!" Black Fire ordered, galloping away, the rest following.
